Organic Rosemary & Olive Sourdough Bread
Authentic Ancestral Organic Sourdough Bread made with only 3 ingredients (Flour, Water and Salt). Fermented over a period of two days with a cold fermentation allowing a lower glycemic index, our sourdough breads are perfect if you are gluten intolerant as they are gut-friendly and recommended by dieticians. Our breads have no added fats, no sugar, no pesticide, no glyphosate, no preservatives, conditioners or colouring agents.
Ingredients: Organic Hard Flour, Organic Red Tail Whole Wheat, Fresh Rosemary Herbs, Black Olives, Jacqui (Our organic Sourdough Culture Made of Wild Yeasts and Lactobacilli), Mineral Spring Water, Mediterranean Sea Salt
Instructions: Store air-tight at Room Temperature to maintain freshness up to 5 days or slice and freeze up to 3months. DO NOT REFRIGERATE
