Organic Grand White Sourdough Bread
Authentic Ancestral Organic Sourdough Bread made with only 3 ingredients (Flour, Water and Salt). Fermented over a period of two days with a cold fermentation allowing a lower glycemic index, our sourdough breads are perfect if you are gluten intolerant as they are gut-friendly and recommended by dieticians. Our breads have no added fats, no sugar, no pesticide, no glyphosate, no preservatives, conditioners or colouring agents.
Ingredients: Organic Hard Flour, Organic Red Tail Whole Wheat, Organic Red Fife, Jacqui (Our organic Sourdough Culture Made of Wild Yeasts and Lactobacilli), Mineral Spring Water, Mediterranean Sea Salt
Instructions: Store air-tight at Room Temperature to maintain freshness up to 5 days or slice and freeze up to 3 months. DO NOT REFRIGERATE
