Organic Fresh Sourdough Pizza Dough
Authentic Organic Sourdough Pizza Dough made with only 4 ingredients (Flour, Water, Olive Oil and Salt). Cold Fermented over a period of 2 – 5 days allowing a low glycemic index, our sourdough pizzas are perfect if you are gluten intolerant as they are gut-friendly and recommended by dieticians. Our fresh pizza doughs have no sugar, no pesticide, no glyphosate, no preservatives, conditioners or colouring agents.
Ingredients: Organic Hard Winter Flour, Jacqui (Our organic Sourdough Culture Made of Wild Yeasts and Lactobacilli), Organic Red Tail Whole Wheat, Mineral Spring Water, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil First Cold Press & Mediterranean Sea Salt
Instructions: upon pickup day, this dough is fresh for 5 days. Can be frozen up to 3 months. Thaw 24 hours in fridge before baking. Shape Cold. Let rise at Room Temperature for 5-6 hours. Pre-heat oven one hour before baking at 450-475F. Add Toppings. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden on the side and under the dough. Enjoy!
