Fermented over a period of two days with a cold fermentation allowing a lower glycemic index, our sourdough breads are perfect if you are gluten intolerant as they are gut-friendly and recommended by dieticians. Our breads have no added fats, no sugar, no pesticide, no glyphosate, no preservatives, conditioners or colouring agents.

  • Ingredients: Organic Red Tail Whole Wheat, Organic Dark Rye, Organic Spelt, Organic Barley, Ancestral Eikorn & Ref Fife, Organic Hard Winter Flour, Quinoa, Organic Oats, Organic Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, Organic Chia Seeds, Organic Sesame Seeds,  Jacqui (Our organic Sourdough Culture Made of Wild Yeasts and Lactobacilli), Mineral Spring Water, Mediterranean Sea Salt 

  • Instructions: Store air-tight at Room Temperature to maintain freshness up to 5 days or slice and freeze up to 3 months. DO NOT REFRIGERATE
